Kim Jennings is no stranger to hard work and determination. A realtor for over 20 years with Compass and The David Zaria Group, her current passion lies in representing each client in an individualized manner, helping them find personal fulfillment and satisfaction in their next home.
Kim's drive to help others is personal. Having lived in different parts of the country, she has learned to connect with a diverse range of people and build a strong, individualized relationship with each client. With a true passion for helping others, her sense of accomplishment comes from her clients' 100% satisfaction.
Kim graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Communications and a minor in Business. A standout two-sport athlete for the Women of Troy, she earned All-American honors in soccer and also played guard on USC's basketball team, and in 2018 was inducted into the USC Athletics Hall of Fame. That same competitive drive carried into real estate, where she has earned President's Club honors and a spot in the Top 1% of agents in Santa Clara County.
Kim lives in Morgan Hill, where she enjoys watching her three sons play sports, traveling and spending time with her family. Whether you are buying your first home, relocating from out of state, or weighing an investment, she is happy to have the conversation before you are ready to move.
